To freely create, express & publish any works of art; whether that may be literature, music, journaling, photography, dancing, content creations, entrepreneurship; it is best to have a solid foundation of authenticity & peace with self. These exercises are catered to facilitating while liberating anyone during their personal creative process; to compliment what already is within.Indi's mindfulness group will dispose of any creative’s block you may experience.it will be a series of weekly quotes, exercises, and questions; allowing you to feel enlighten while digging deeper in understanding self: thought patterns, habits, rituals, traumas & more. 

Participating in these exercises will train your mind in accepting the positive & the negative thoughts and barriers in your present creative moment, resisting the dwelling of things though still feeling & welcoming all emotions.  Allowing personal and creative changes to occur without feeling the need to control it. Empowering one to become flexible, flowing & growing through life’s changes within self & your chosen art of expression.
