Return / Exchanges & Refund:
Indigo Publishing’s goal is to provide the ultimate shopping experience + superior customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for US and Canada orders within 7 DAYS from the date of delivery. Returns must be new, unused with its original packaging. Images along with proof of purchase must be provided. Items purchased through special promotions are final sale, and will not be eligible for exchanges, returns, or refund (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer). No cash refunds will be given for any reason, though alternative refunds may be offered, such as store credit.
DAMAGES:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. Cases as such are to be reported within 7 days of the delivery date with proof of purchase & images. We will investigate and resolve this within 14 days.
CANCELLATION:
All sales on products and services are final. They cannot be cancelled or refunded. Indi’s Mindfulness Group members will have the option to pause their subscription, or "Skip the Month" between the 1st and the 5th of the current month.
